Steering Box Torque Spec???

I just installed a new jcr bumper and jcr steering box spacer. Does anyone know the proper torque spec for the 3 steering box bolts? I normally dont stress over torque specs but I want them to be as tight as they need to be without over torquing, especially since it is a steering component.

Alldata is showing 70 ft lbs for my 97.

Loc-Tite would be a good idea for them also.
