Looking for new seats

The bolstering on my Driver side is almost gone and driving me nuts. I have heard seats from a Grand Chrerokee will fit. I'm looking for any info you can throw at me in reguards to this. What years GC will bolt in, has the best "sport" type seat, any mods needed.

ZJ or WJ seats bolt in. You have to bolt the Grand Cherokee seat to the XJ base. Go to a junkyard and see what seats you like.

does the same apply for my 89?

I've been looking for a nice set of '93-'04 Grand Cherokee seats, but all the JYs I have been to have had the leather ones cut up. Doh!

ZJ/WJ bolt in only applies to 1995.5 - 2001 Cherokees.
