hole in my side wall

Pictures and more detail would help.

Is it a passenger car type tire with only a few plys (like the GY Duratracs listed in your sig)? Option: Buy a new one.
Is it a truck type tire or and offroad tire with lots of plys? Option: Contact a tire shop to get it vulcanized.

passenger tire, scrap it and buy a new one

tire on offroad only rig, get a shope to seal it. MOST shops will not do the work, your gonna have to search for someone that does it under the table. sidewall repairs are not allowed

Any good truck tire shop will do it if it is the correct tire.

Repairing sidewalls is only not allowed on passenger car type tires, heavy duty truck and offroad tires (like tractor) do not apply.

right, but due to the liability aspect of people using heavy tires for on road purposes, a lot of shops wont do it.
and you cant patch a sidewall on a 19.5 22.5 or other "big rig" tires, the pressure (usually 90-110psi) is too much for the patch to be very reliable for any length of time.

at least thats how it goes out here, there may be different laws out there, but here the state will heavily fine any shop found to repair sidewalls on and DOT approved tire....

replace it, even if you get it to hold air it will separate and the sidewall will blow out, probably at the worst possible time. I busted tires for almost 20 years and would not touch it. A section repair that can be done on heavier tires cannot be done on that one.
