Wiper blade removal

Does the windshield wiper fluid bottle need to be dissembled in order to gain access to the windshield wiper blade assembly? According to my schematics(I drew from my imagination) it appears the valve cover of my engine may need to be removed as well.

The most important thing......and this is crucial, is that you check your blinker fluid before attempting anything!
