Hi-lift slider/tube adapter

I saw one of these a while back on expo but can't seem to find the company that makes them. Does anyone here use one of these with their hi-lift how well does it work and do you think it's worth it? Where can I get one?

Thanks I guess there is a couple of places that sell them I guess I have to shop around and see what one I want. Kinda curious on how "safe" it is too?

I picked one up. Looks very stout, though for my sliders I wish the radius of the tube was a bit larger. I may adjust it slightly with a BFH to more closely match my slider's radius.
