getting into my 9"
this is the best pattern ive got so far
it has .009 of backlash.
first 2 are drive, next two are coast.

Looks good to me... I'd say apply more tension when you run the pattern. It'll show up a lot better than that. I don't know how easy that would be in a 9...

i could put the lip in a vise, i used to have a plastic wedge. ill see what i can do.

i'll have to clean all the old gear marker crap off. have it almost around the whole ring gear.

i was told to add .005 to the pinion to see what it looks like. do the gears look runnable now?
