Alright northwest buds, I have no wipers,Its an 89 XJ, replaced entire column, I need to know where this is phantom relay is? Is it the skinny one on the bottom of the fuse box? I have no idea and cant find anything. Im moving to shelton on wed. and need to get it fixed asap. please help:exclamati:repair:

Did you make sure your wiper moter works? Power at the plug?

The skinny little thing in the bottom of the fuse box is the wiper motor circuit breaker, not a relay.

If you have the intermittent function, then unplug the intermittent module and plug the two connectors together. If you do that and you get high and low then the module is toast.
