Stock flair relocation

Ok I found how I wanted to reattach my fender flares but not sure how to do it. I am looking at High Performance Jeep Cherokee XJ Builders Guide and I like the flares on the XJ on the cover and pg 120. My question is how are the flares attached back on? Does anyone have the link to the write up or know who's XJ this is? Thanks for all your help.

1. Put flares where you want them
2. Mark the holes on the fender
3. Drill holes where you marked them
4. Re-attach flares using bolts or screws (I would use bolts)

Should I bolt it in from the backside of the fender? On the rear I only cut along the first bend. The original mounting holes are still there.

its not rocket science... but i can understand some aprehension if your anal about it looking good. just think about it critically, there isnt much to go wrong.

Thanks guys....great write-ups. I wanted to trim to make room for the 33's but also wanted to keep a clean "stock" look to it. I always hate when I see some real hack jobs, unless its strictly a trail rig.
