Quick Q: How do I remove the wiring channel parallel to fuel rail

I was pulling stuff off to get ready to do my rocker cover gasket. There's a wire harness channel, plastic, between the fuel rail and and rocker cover. It's mounted to the studs sticking up from the rocker cover. I tried pulling, and prying up with a screw driver, and it won't budge.

Just keep prying, that is how it comes off.

The screw driver was bent over pretty far- I thought i was going to bend it. Do you just start from the front and work your way back?
