Fuel Pump/Delivery System Diagnosis HELP

I am in Moab and my Jeep is running really rough... imagine running hells revenge with intermittent gas. Some times it cuts out on me completely but never completely dies. I have an inclination that it is the fuel pump but I don't know. Its throwing a 132 code which is high 02 sensor voltage... Hooked it up to a fuel pressure gage and its high enough but spikes/differs a lot.
What do you guys think it is?
I want to get it fixed fast tomorrow morning so that I can run trails with my buddies... Do you have any recommendations for shops here in Moab?
Thanks
Austin

P0132 Upstream HEGO sensor shorted to voltage.

Check the wiring harness to the front sensor.

PS--posting the BASICS of your XJ is always, in all ways, helpful.
