Need pitman arm to use with high steer

Trying to find a way to bypass filling my waggy pitman arm with metal to drill it out for 7/8 heims. I am using this with a hp 44 with high steer. Anyone know of a pitman arm that would work with a cherokee/durango steering box that is real close in length to a waggy pitman arm that didnt use one ton ends? If not does anyone sell custom pitman arms? Figured it was worth a shot before I start making my waggy arm work.
