Opinion on new gears..

I'm doing this a little bit backwards but I just ordered a new gear setup and wanted make sure I made the right decision. I mainly jumped on it because I thought the price was great!

Here is what I paid $549 (shipped) for:

-Yukon D30 Carrier
-HP D30 4.56 R&P set (Yukon in Standard USA Boxes) YG part number
-8.25 R&P set (Yukon in Standard USA Boxes) YG part number
-Master install Kits for both the D30 and 8.25 by Standard USA

From what I've read, the gears seem to be decent. Can anyone comment on the price and quality of parts?

Sounds decent I paid $490 for the same set up but motive gear brand. Now how much will you be paying to get them installed?

I know of a shop that will set it up for $150/ Axle so my total would be $849.

That's a great price. I found a shop that would do it for that exact same price. Very reputable, specializes in Jeeps and Jeep axles. Good work.
