Renix aircon compressor fittings

Hi all,

looking to convert my comp to OBA.
Anybody know the size of the fittings on the renix aircon?
The ones pictured on top here:


What I would like is to replace these by a 90 degree elbow, and go directly to high pressure hose. Compressor model is Sanden SD508.
According to some sites, the fittings would have to be different sizes, but they really are the same size.
