A/C Question

so i took out the A/C compressor after the bearing in it went to waste.
i now have a pulley in its place and for some reason when im in the freeway i get this dust smell and air blowing trough the vents!
the A/C controls are put to the off position but air still comes trough.
how can i make that air stop? :wave:

all the vents are on vacuum right? did you reroute the line??

i didnt mess with no lines or anything.
Alls i did was take the compressor out and place the Pulley in place. the hoses and all stood in.

what else should i have done?

recheck your vacuum line it hooks to the top of the manifold all the way back by the fire wall.. that line controls the vents
