Leaf spring clamps

So i began to notice a rattle coming from the rear, so I crawled under to see if i can find location of said rattle. I believed I found the source, and it is my leaf spring clamps (the 2 towards the passenger door). is there any why to stop this rattling or is this a sign for something that need to be replaced. and idk if it is necessary but my leaf springs are stock and they are not sagging, but the shocks need to be replaced.

My clamps lost the plastic insert, and rattled a lot (they were also practically rusting off). You can get replacements from Husky Springs (a number of other places as well- but we have no spring shops around here), or knock some out ala RockLizard's Budget Boost page.

I looked under and i don't think i saw the plastic pieces you speak of, i live in AZ so rotting plastic is like rust to people who live in places were mysterious white stuff falls from the sky. But do i have to go and replace it right away?
