wiring harness compatibility - '99-'00

can anyone tell me if an engine wiring harness from a '99 is swappable into a 2000?

It wont work,the 2000 has a coil rail.

that's what i suspected. and a 2001 into a 2000?

99 vs 2000 may also run into precat O2 sensor location/count issues... it's so muddled I haven't quite figured out which of the late years are on which side of what split, with which emissions packages yet.

00/01 should be much closer. Count your O2 sensor pigtails and make sure they're equipped with the same transmission and they should match up well.
