When I go wheeling my ARB bumper drags and limits me every time I try a steep climb. Anyone modify the ARB bumper to get better approach angles? Should I just sell it?

Hard to work on the winch if something goes wrong. I like that I can tie in the ARB to my future exo cage.
but if you have the capability to build an exo cage shouldnt you be able to tie in just about any bumper to it?

This was what I did with mine. I did this quite some time ago, and just haven't finished it.

I cut the old, bent mounts off. (elongated holes courtesy of previous owner)

New, stronger mounts made from 1/4" (pre d-shackle mounts being welded on)

My plan was to recess lights into the bumper, have d-ring mounts come through the face, and then reweld the bottom and add internal bracing with with 1/4".
