Picked up an 88 XJ limited with 81,xxx original miles! think it might need an oil pan gasket and some other little bits, has new cooling system and ran right at 210 the whole way home. so excited to start tearing it apart :spin1:

Congrads on the new rig! Pics? If your gonna put a new oil pan gaskit, might as well do the RMS while you have it opened up.

Word of advice, use a gentle degreaser like simple grean and clean the hell out of the engine and suspension, then hit all the suspension bolts and nuts with pb blaster 4 or 5 times before they get dirty again, it will save you a lot of frustration when you work on it later
