valve stem seals ? help needed asap !

ok so i got all new seals for my motor and im currently doing the cylinder head ,so in my cylinder head gasket set cam valve cover ,15 valve cover grommets ,headgasket ,12 valve stem seals,12 o-rings, etc.....
i know where everything else goes but i cant for the life of me figure out where the o rings go I figure they go inside the valve stem seal ? can anyone shine light on this
01 4.0L and its a felpro head gasket set.
 
It has the valve stem seals with the spring around the outside, right? I've never seen those used with an o-ring- not going to say they didn't change the design at some point though. No instructions in the kit? Similar o-rings already there from the factory?
 
Sounds like you might have a set of fuel injector seals in there--six for the top of the injectors and six for the bottom of the injectors.
