92 sport fan clutch

I read a few "how to's" about removing the fan clutch but none had info on the problem im having. When i went to take the nuts off they are frozen solid! Rounded one off (woops) and on one of the others the stud came out. Anyone have any suggestions or know of a write up on the frozen nut issue? thanks

PB blaster them over a few days. I would get the correct size box end wrench on and give the other end of the wrench a solid whack with a rubber mallet to try and break them. For the rounded off one, vice grips?

Agree with the PB Blaster.

Pain in the buttinski, but I would pull the radiator and pound a socket on that rounded off nut. A little extra work, one hell of a lot less frustration.
