Designing side wliding windows in two dr

I have a 94 cherokee and want to add more ventilation in back for my dogs. Does any know of a company that does these conversions, or has anyone tried a "home remedy". I prefer not to add a sunroof.

I thought I could take it to a camper shell place and have them fabricate it. I'm finding out that no one fabs anymore. Unless you do it yourself.

Maybe you could make something out of plexiglass. Take the glass out and use it as a template for the plexi, then you can make run channels for a sliding section. Theres supposed to be some way to weld plexi to itself and keep it all clear.... maybe laquer thinner? You would need to research that. But I would think with some careful design you could make a decent, mostly water resistant slider for the back.

You could swap in wing window rear glasses. They won't be sliders but at least they are available in a salvage yard...
