Any mountain bikers near Fullerton???

i might be up for it during the weekend or after work mon, weds after 2pm. How difficult is this loop?
 
this loop can be pretty difficult. its 12 miles of mixed up and down hill stuff. im not in shape either and my friends and i do it so i think anyone can do it with a little determination.
