IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT HANCOCK PASS

The road to Hancock Pass is closed indefinately, just beyond the entrance to Iron Chest, due to a major washout.No idea when it will be repaired/re-opened but it doesn't look like anytime soon.This means no Hancock Pass or Pomeroy Lakes.

It appears that Hancock Pass is closed due to a washout and will not be open. This can be run by doing Tincup, then Cumberland, then Tomichi, and back via Monarch Pass (Hwy 50).

Any comments/alternatives?

Georgia, Mosquito, Red Cone.. a lot of highway to some of those but not bad really.

I just ran Tincup this past weekend. It's beautiful up at the pass and at Mirror Lake. If anyone wants to run it, it's worthwhile.
