3" lift and speed wobble

I recently added a rough country 3" suspension lift to my 97 cherokee. Now when I reach 45 mph, the front end begins to shake violently. Speed wobble is how I can best describe it. Any ideas?

have you gotten an alignment since you did the lift? or your bushings could be worn out and not liking the steeper angles from the lift.

search death wobble. did you do an alignment? are the tires in decent shape? recently balanced? did you mess with the tracbar?

have someone startup the jeep, and while parked, turn the steering wheel lock to lock while you sit under the front end looking and listening for clunking.
