BA10 reverse gear

I might be getting a BA10 with a broken reverse gear. I have a BA10 with a broken shaft and a good reverse gear. How hard is it to swap out this gear?

And dont say get a AX15 Im basically getting the BA10 for free so I will use it.
 
take the one your getting apart and find out?
 
Thanks 87manche reverse gear removal dont seem so hard. I need a E12 socket to remove the trans right? for the top bolts
 
I had to go from driving my 5 speed 4.0L no A/C black interior xj. to driving my automatic 5.0L W A/C blue interior Bronco. When the trans went out. now I wanna drive the jeep again it doesnt make sence lol. The black vs blue interior is heat related the black gets way hotter than the blue. why do I want to drive the jeep again?? It must be a JEEP thing lol :).
