Light brackets: tube bumpers

Hey everyone,

I have a 99 amigo with retro-fitted jeep tube bumpers. Pretty sure they are around 3 inches in diameter.

I am looking to mount some lights up front, and want to get some light brackets. Any clue where I could find these? Have been unsuccessful so far.

Or you could go to the hardware/elec. supply and get 3" P clamps.
