Long Arm Question

So I need to replace the part that the Jam Nut goes on to (have no idea what its called or the make of the long arms?) One side is bent and the other side the threads are messed up. Any buddy know of where I can find some? I need to have this heep back up and going in a week.

Oh and before any one ask NO I'M NOT RUNNING THE STOCK UCA IN THIS PICTURE. They where just on there so the jeep could roll.
