Steering Box/ Pitman arm seal?

On the bottom of the steering box on the keyed shaft (above the pitman arm) their is a rubber piece, is this just a dust cover or seal?

Mine got a little mangled from the heat trying to remove the pitman and was wondering where to get a new one??

AutoZone sells both a steering box "rebuild" kit and a steering box seal kit. The rebuild kit include the seals and other parts. I just got the seal kit. About $15 IIRC
