well im almost done with my axle swap! Just need to finish up my trac bar, get a dana 44 carrier and spool. My jeep has been on jackstands for 4 long grueling months. Missing SoCal Fest and many other day runs was difficult to over come but i did. Here's a couple teaser pics & stats:
Note: the Coils are bowing because I've yet to install my track bar and bracket. Still need to gusset the link and track bar brackets. Install my YJ Steering box. Later, I'll plate the frame rails.

1975 Ford High Pinion dana 44 cut to waggy

Waggy outters(knuckles, hubs)
Rear Waggy Dana 44 with 2" wheel spacers
gears to 5.13's
Lift:
7.5" RE lift coils
12" Procomp Explorer shocks
3.5" RE leaves with a 1.25" shackle
Procomp Explorer Rear Shocks
Claytons offroad xj long arm crossmember
37.5" of 2" ODx.250 wall DOM lower links
16" of 2" ODx.250 wall DOM upper link
I used all 1.25" Ruffstuff Specialties chromolly heims
Tires:
35x12.5r15 BFG A/Ts
15x8 steel six lug wheels
Steering:
Stock OTK Waggy steering
From the top of the Jeep's "J" to the floor measure 49.5"
Top of tire to the beginning of the front fender measures 11"
