Full Synthetic Dexron IV in Auto Tranny good or bad?

So I went to Napa, Shucks, and Wal-Mart and I ended up buying Full Synthetic Dexron IV tranny oil. The reason why I bought this is because on the label it said that it would work in Dexron II and III transmissions. Out of all the tranny fluids I looked at it was the only one that satisfied the Jeep Cherokee Dexron II requirement. This is the first time that I have run Full Synthetic. Will this cause any harm? Is this a good thing or a bad thing? I had a tranny cooler line blow out while I was driving so I got a pretty good drain on it before going full synthetic. lol

Should be fine, it is compatible with Dex II/III.

I replaced all 14 qts with Royal Purple ATF. It shifts flawlessly now. I love full synthetic fluids.
