Stroker with Renix head and intake

i ve a 90 model with a renix engine. Its very difficult to obtain the new head and the intake so how does a stroker with the regular renix head and intake sounds?

225 Hp maybe??

I have a Renix stroker with the early head and love it. I ported it a touch along with decking the block and Clifford headers. It is a ball to drive.

The only thing you are missing out on is top end power. Though, with the right cam, mine revs to 6,000 pretty easily. I polished and ported my head.

225 sounds about right with 9.5 compression and some head work.
