Plumbing supply store? Most of that would be cast I think...

What material and what wall thickness? I've had good luck with usplastic.com but I'm not sure if they'll have what you need. McMaster is also a good bet.

I'm not picky. The only thing I care about is 4.5" ID and that it's metal so it can be welded in place.

Actually, it could be any material because I can just epoxy it in place.
As a reference, I'm using it as a mount for a Humvee intake cap. The intake cap will sit on top of the piece of pipe that I am trying to locate and feed air to the intake.
