I've been working on setting up a beefy D30 for a member on here so I thought I would show you how it's going. It's trussed and has new spring perches and lower control arm mounts. It will be set up for an over the axle track bar when it's done.

Same thing im setting up to do to mine.. Will you sleeve the tubes ? I am also using the johnny joint in the top mounts. Follow it up with ZJ knuckles and brakes. What kit did you use for teh spring plates and arm brackets?
 
Why ZJ knuckles and brakes? They are exactly the same as the XJ ones. Did you mean WJ brakes?
