I know on my 91 with a RE3.5" kit I had to address the trac bar thing. Is a adj. trac bar needed at 2"?

and does any one know if I'll need to drop the t-case/SYE with a 1999 auto 242 chry 8.25?

I'm thinking about going this route with my 99 and I'd prefer to minimize surprizes.

You won't need a adj. trac bar. Your front axle will only be slightly off center. I would try it without the t-case drop and see, every XJ is different.
