Last week I swapped out my driveshaft u-joints with 5-153X u-joints, the kind that have a grease fitting on the shoulder instead of the cap. The default zerk for these is the ball-style fitting that sticks out a bit, which risks interference with the CV assembly and is harder to grease. I was planning to reuse the old needle-style low-profile fittings from the original u-joints but the thread was different. Researching into it nobody had a good source for these so I thought I was stuck, but I sent an email to Northern Drivetrain (where I'd bought the u-joints and centering ball), and they sent me a couple of low-profile fittings that work perfect.
They say the fittings are easy to get so if anybody else is looking there ya go
