Anyone in Hollywood area?

Hey everyone, is there anybody in the Hollywood area that can check out this XJ and tell me if it's worth the asking price? I posted in the For Sale section a couple of days ago that I'm looking for another XJ and this one seems nice in the craigslist ad. Here's the link:

Let's see. All kinds of rust on the doors/rocker panels, interior looked like it housed a pack of wolverines, power windows didn't work, all four tires were different brands/tread (and had very little to no tread anyway), the grill was missing 1/3 of the little slots, the oil looked like mud so god knows when it was last changed, the "wood" paneling was peeling... I'm sure there's other things.
