Detent bolt on NP231

I have a fairly irritating oil leak that seems to be coming out the hole that the shifter detent screws into. It has been too long since I pulled an NP231 appart. Is there normally a gasket on that bolt?

Yep. For 94-96 (the catalog I happened to have open) it's a 4338 956, same O-ring used for the part-time indicator light switch. Don't see why year would matter so that probably applies to any 231.
