d30 questions need help

i have a 91 cherokee blew the front end out and tired of the vacum im guna just put in a hp30 what do i need to swap it over from the vacum system.

Grab a D30 from a non-NP231 XJ up through 91, or any D30 92-99, in the appropriate gear ratio and have at it.

ok but i wont need to hook up any cable from the transfer case or anything.

Do you mean to get the 4wd part-time light on the dash to work?

You can run a vacuum line from the t/case switch direct to the vacuum/electrical switch, should be on the passenger's side firewall.

Or, you can buy a 95+ t/case switch that is electrical and run wires up and hook into the vacuum/electrical switch.
