Has anybody ever had a problem of a smell from the heater? like Burnt.what was it it and how did you fix it?

Heater smell

Either the blower motor, the blower motor resistor, or the wires connected to them. Inspect and repair or replace as needed.

Or the wires where they attach to the HVAC switch.

Dosnt smell like burnt wires, more like burnt oil.dosnt smell when the knob is on cold only when its on Hot.

Mesh is absolutely correct. Rodents love to make nests in the blower motor fan, using the insulation material from your car. Seen it more times than I care to remember at the dealership years ago.

In the big plastic box under the dash. You pretty much have to pull the dash apart and remove the box and split it to clean the heater core. I don't know how much you can see through the fan mounting hole.
