Lower Radiator Supprt-Necessary?

How necessary are the lower rad. supports? How much stress is on them? Took mine off to install SBS plates and I broke 3/4 of the bolts.

im not to sure, probably not to good....but I had to get some body work done on my Tj's Grille, and right now its just kinda hanging there!

havnt had any problems yet, but it dosent get driven that often. I would try to make the rad as stiff as possible so it dosent hit the fan.

I suppose a few of the regualr bolts and some self tappers should do it? Or ill just weld it on

if theyre just jnuts regular bolts would be fine. but yea it needs it. vehicle manufactors dont add extra bolts and parts for no reasons. think about how much money that is for chrysler to put 10 extra bolts in every xj over a 17 production period
