63" Chevy springs, how much lift?

Ill putting together everything I need for my lift and im planning on running 63" Chevy springs in the rear, Im not exactly sure, and cant find any info on how much lift the will give.

I need to order some shackles and have no idea what length to get.

So whoevers done this, any help?

Are these the rear stock springs? I have not read of anyone doing this. If you have post up inquiring minds want to know.

Shackle relocation brackets will be your friend on this install.

Yeah they are the rear stock springs. Just pull them from the junkyard. Ive seen it done a few times. There are some threads on here, but no one mentions the amount of lift.

Yeah, im aware it is by no means a bolt in procedure.


I should have mentioned that im trying to stay around 5-5.5" of lift

63" Chevy springs wont give you very much lift maybe a few inches at most like Brianho12 said shackles and shackle location will be your best friend for getting some lift. Most Yota guys who run them also run blocks and long shackles to achieve there desired lift.
