Worn Brake Caliper Guide Rails

Upon removing my front brake calipers, I noticed that the driver's side guide rails that the brake pads slide on are worn on the inside of both the top and bottom rails (the area where the inner pad rides.) Can I get some sort of abutment clips to correct this, or is building the worn area up via welding and grinding it down smooth my only option now?
