binding noise in front D30

So Ive replaced both hub assemblies (timken), Both axle shafts (w/2000 XJ w/760X ujoints) and Im getting a binding clinking loud noise when turning has anyone experienced this?

I broke a shaft (short side) and replaced all the about afterward.....now Im getting this LOUD CLUNKING noise when turning and axles bind up...

Also I have a lunchbox (aussie) in front with 4.56 gears...

Any help?

it very well could be the aussie i have heard of these doin that alot.
