Franken-lift....?

I've been told/have seen something on replacement of springs and coils with something from other vehicles that provide lift without having to go buy a lift kit.

Any of the Guru's (or people that think they are Guru's) that could help me out and point me towards the right vehicles that i can rip from, it would be very, VERY appriciated!:sunshine:
