What would you do? Bosch? GM?

I've been researching and reading many threads about the various injectors for a 4.5L engine and now I'm reaching out to the intelligence of the forum to gather and opinion.

I am faced with a choice. I have 3 new and 8 used GM (17124248) injectors. I can send them to any number of injectors pros to have matched and rebuilt for about the same cost of BoschIII injectors.

What would you do? 22# or 24# 4 pintle or 6?

1996 w/99 manifold, header & 62mm TB
Rebuilt, 4.0L I6 blueprinted and stroked 4.5L

Thanks for the clarification on the disc, do you have an opinion on my original question to go along with it?

Its a 96 I6 4.0L blueprinted and stroked to 4.5L
99 manifold, 62mm TB and Edelbrock header

Thanks for the clarification on multi hole disc. Do you have any input to my original question?

If there is a need for more flow one can use the 96-98 Taurus/Sable 3l V6 DOHC injectors, 0280155715 256cc(24 lb ).

These are EV6 without clip nut and flow exactly the same at the FMS M9593-A302.
Or 2001-02 Camaro, 2001-04 Corvette LS1 injectors 0280155931

which flows similar (wee bit less) but does have a clip nut. Both will out perform the older 24lb/hr EV1.3 FMS-M9593-A302 injectors.

Ford Cobra 24# injectors would work nicely, 94-up LT1 injectors should work fine.

I used the LT1 injectors in my 4.7 and they worked much better than the rebuilt mustang injectors I got off ebay.

Which means 99-00 F-body/Y-body injectors will work.

98, 2001-2002 all had 28lb'ers where the 99-00 had 26lb'ers

I'll be running my stock 00 WS6 injectors I have laying around in the Jeep once the intake/exhaust manifolds go on.
