failed emmisions

i failed emmisions today idle was fine but when i did high idle (2500 rpm) it was like 3.19 on the co% when its suppose to be 1.2 last time it was 4.11 and i put $20 of high test and a bottle of 91% proof rubbing alcohol any advice to get it to go down?

yeah don't use rubbing alcohol next time. Do a tune up change the o2 sensor and seafoam it. Try again with a warm engine and NO ADDitive crap in the fuel system.

1: since this has nothing to do with a modified jeep, it should go in OE tech.
