ANYONE

does anyone have idea if you need to title and register a vehicle that is strictly for offroad use. I realize you have to get an ohv permit and need a vin # for that and insurance is required. But how do u get a vin for a tubed buggy I am using a chevy 3/4 ton running gear and drive train it has a title could i use that? any help would be appreciated:dunno:

here in wa you would take it to the state patrol and have it inspected and they will give you paperwork to have a title drafted

I wonder if i could do that here in oregon. I cant stand the DMV!
