A little less than a year ago we welded the rear diff in my sons truck.Today were installing 4.88's and a Detroit.Anyway,just got the old diff out and found stress cracks everywhere.In the welds,in the spiders, and even one in the side gear headed straight at the splines.Sure glad we decided to change things now!
