So I am not saying I have done this, or that I will, but what would having no cat conveter or one that was punched out do for mgp, and proformence? A buddy of mine was talking about it, and I am curious. I know that modifing the enviorment parts of the exhaust is illegal.

Hypothetical catalytic converter are just as bad as real ones.
Modification/deletion of FEDERALLY MANDATED emissions equipment is illegal in all 50 states.
