What can I do to help my brakes on my 1989 XJ. I think the brake system is called ''The Push and Pray System'' I have tried new pads, rotors and drums, that helped for a short time but now the brakes suck again..
 
Upgrade the MC and booster to the 95+ with the dual power booster.

Do a search, lots of writes up including using GC MC and booster.
